Goat Cheesecake Strawberries
I love to showcase how versatile our chevre is and inspire people to get creative with it on their own. This is why I created my Goat Cheesecake Strawberries.
This recipe is simple to put together, looks great, and is one of the first things to disappear from the table at events I bring it to. I get a ton of great feedback, and since then has become my go-to dish for bringing to events and pot lucks.
This is a great way to show off your own homemade chevre, home grown strawberries, or just wow your party guests with no cooking needed. If you want to fill your strawberries with a piping bag, we always suggest using reusable bags, so you can do your part for the environment, and always have a piping bag on hand.
If you really want to up your game with this recipe, we also suggest dipping the unstuffed ends of your Goat Cheesecake Strawberries in chocolate. After the stuffed berries have been chilled, just melt some high quality chocolate in a double boiler, and stir until smooth once melted. Dip the closed end of the strawberry in the melted chocolate, place carefully on waxed paper, and place back in the refrigerator.
